I had the pleasure of chatting with Adam Pohl recently. We had a great time, and I learned a lot of things that I didn’t know, and that I think everyone will love learning as well!
If you are a Bowie Baysox fan you have undoubtedly heard Adam calling games in his role as broadcaster for the team. He is the voice you will hear as you listen to the game on any of the online and on-air sources that it streams on.
His enthusiastic announcing makes “a swing and a miss!” even more exciting to hear. LOL
In addition to his work with the Bowie Baysox, Adam is also the voice of Mount St. Mary’s Men’s and Women’s basketball, where he has been calling the shots since 2011!
Most recently, as if he somehow has more than 24 hours in his day, with his busy schedule, Adam added Update Anchor, with Audacity, Inc. to his resume. In this role, Adam provides sports updates on 106.7 The Fan, as well as Bloomberg 99.1 FM.
Even if you are not a sports fan, listening to Adam call ANY of the games he does will absolutely entertain you!
